- MOST OF OUR PACKAGES OFFER STAFF ASSISTANCE, WHICH MEANS LESS WORK FOR YOU AND MORE FUN!
What to expect when you plan?
- PLEASE BOOK YOUR PARTIES AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
- ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY FOR EXTRA CHILDREN.
- YOU MAY BRING ANY TYPE OF FOOD AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS.
- NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM AREA. NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED.
- NO SHOES ALLOWED ON THE GYM FLOOR. SOCKS ARE REQUIRED. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, WE HAVE THEM AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE COUNTER.
- NO GUM, GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
- CUSTOM ADD-ONS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
Birthday Party Packages Pricing
*ALL PARTIES REQUIRE A MINIMUM RESERVATION TIME OF 2 HOURS. $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING. FOR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES PLEASE CALL US.
*PARTY DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT CAN BE USED AS CREDIT TOWARDS PACKAGES AND MERCHANDISE AT THE GYM, IF NOTIFIED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE PARTY OR SPECIAL EVENT DATE.
OPEN PLAY ROCK BASIC
$195 per hour
- Party package without staff assistance (this means you are simply renting the space).
- Up to 20 kids.
- Add ons: Helium balloons ($15/dozen) or Popcorn machine ($50)
OPEN PLAY ROCKSTAR
$295 per hour
- Party package with staff assistance for up to 20 kids (and we do all the work for you).
- Choose from one of our paper or wood products for each child to decorate.
ROCKSTAR DELUXE
$345 per hour
- Deluxe party package for up to 20 kids.
- This package includes 1/4 sheet birthday cake or 2 large cheese pizzas, WRTS party favors to pass out to the children at the end of the party, and an arts and crafts project.
- Melissa & Doug party favors available for $3.99 per child.
- For more than 20 kids, an additional $10 per child will be charged.
ROCK UNIQUE
$225 per hour
- Party package for those with special needs for up to 15 kids, (any more than that can be over-stimulating).
- This package includes a trained staff member and each child will receive an age-appropriate party favor to take home with them.
